EXCHANGE & RETURNS

It is our goal to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with your Forcite purchase, and we understand that motorcycle helmets require a perfect fit.

That’s why we offer returns up to thirty (30) days, and free exchanges* if you need to change your size.

*Just post your helmet back to us, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Forcite accepts returns up to thirty (30) days after the delivery date of purchased items 

  • In order to be eligible for an exchange/return/refund, items must be in the same condition they were received in. (Brand new, packaging undamaged/still attached, accessories not fitted)

  • Forcite reserves the right to determine what is eligible, or ineligible for exchange/return/refund

  • Any costs and/or processes associated with returning items to Forcite are the responsibility of the customer - unless in the unlikely circumstance where items are deemed to be faulty or defective, in which case Forcite will provide a return shipping label or reimburse any associated costs

  • Any exchanges are subject to the availability of replacement items, and will be completed within thirty (30) days of receival by Forcite

  • Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days of receival of returned items, and are issued back to the original payment method only

SIZE CHANGE POLICY

If you feel like your helmet doesn't fit as well as it could, Forcite is here to help and ensure you’ve got the perfect fit before you hit the road.

Please complete and submit the Change Helmet Size form - our team will then work with you to determine the best cause of action for your personal situation, eg. whether you require different sized padding, or if you need a larger/smaller sized helmet all together. 

PLEASE NOTE - In the event of a helmet exchange, any costs and/or processes associated with returning the original helmet to Forcite are the responsibility of the customer. However, Forcite will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement helmet.

SHELL REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you damage your helmet, or simply want a fresh shell after a period of time, you can send your helmet back to us, and our team will run diagnostics on your electronics module to check it for any faults. If your module is deemed 100% functional and safe to use, we will install it into a brand new shell and return it to you for a fraction of the price of an entirely new helmet.

The shell replacement process can be initiated by contacting support via the support widget or emailing support@forcite.com.au 

PLEASE NOTE - Shell replacements are subject to the availability of replacement items, and are approved/redeemed at the discretion of Forcite.

WARRANTY

Forcite warrants that your products and Forcite branded accessories shall, as of the date of delivery, be free from material defects for a period of two (2) years. (The date of delivery is considered the date that our delivery service has recorded delivering your Forcite product as per delivery tracking, not any other date.)

A positive experience while using your Forcite products is extremely important to us. If you have any issues or questions about your products, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can help resolve them.

This warranty does not apply to any helmet that has been subject to any accident, misuse, abuse (intentional or otherwise), negligence, tampering, modifications or improper maintenance. In addition, paints used in certain models of Forcite helmets are not covered by this Warranty and may fade or degrade with the passage of time and the exposure of the helmet to the environmental elements.

Internal liners, padding, straps, visors and parts are considered as perishable items and are not covered under warranty, unless in a very rare circumstance that it falls under a manufacturing fault.

CHANGE OF MIND AND RETURNS

Please order carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges because you have changed your mind after 30 days or you have made an error in finalising your order (such as choosing an incorrect size, colour, model or style).

Refunds will only be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the purchased goods, after 30 days you are not eligible for a refund.
