Forcite Technologies LLC (“Forcite”) respects your concerns about privacy. Information We Obtain
We may obtain certain personal information that you choose to submit to us on our Online Services, including:
Contact information, such as name, email and postal address, and phone number;
Login credentials when you create an account on our Online Services;
Payment card details, which are collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf;

Technical information about your Forcite product, such as your Wi-Fi network information and signal strength, and your Forcite product’s model, serial number and software version;

Information we obtain about you when you apply for a job with us, such as your resume information, legal work eligibility status, citizenship status, information collected for diversity monitoring purposes, and other information about you; and
Other information you choose to provide, such as through communications with us.
Privacy and video surveillance laws in your jurisdiction may apply to your use of our products and services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with applicable law when you use our products or services. For example, before recording audio or video of another person, you may need to notify that person that you are using audio and video features of our products or services. Capturing, recording or sharing video or audio content that involves other people, or capturing other peoples’ facial feature information, may affect their privacy rights.
Information We Obtain By Automated Means
When you visit our Online Services, we may obtain certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, web server logs and other technologies. The service providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs to help us analyze how visitors use our Online Services. Interest-Based Advertising
On our Online Services, we may obtain information about your online activities to provide you with advertising about services tailored to your interests. This section of our Privacy Policy provides details and explains how to exercise your choices.

Through such ad services, we can target our messaging to users considering demographic data, users’ inferred interests and browsing context. The ad services use this information to show you ads that may be tailored to your individual interests. The information ad services may collect includes data about your visits to websites that serve Forcite advertisements, such as the pages or ads you view and the actions you take on the websites. This data collection takes place both on our Online Services and on third-party websites that participate in these ad services. This process also helps us track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Our Online Services are not designed to respond to “do not track” signals from browsers.
