So today, I was proud to announce that Forcite will cover the cost of any employee’s motorcycle learner course and test, so that they can become a licensed motorcycle rider. 

Unlike other tech focused companies trying to solve imaginary problems with vaporware, we start with the motorcycle rider. We ask them what they would like to see designed to keep them safe, connected and without taking away that all important sense of freedom. 

Collaboration with motorcycle enthusiasts is hardwired into our company’s DNA. Currently 60% of our team rides and those that do will tell you what an awesome experience it is. I am keen that more of our people get to share in the fun of riding bikes. I believe it will allow us to get closer to our customers, our community and help us improve the technology we make.
